Our obligation in respect to this piece of project is to generate some marketable commercial advertisement to feature items(t-shirts, hoodie and vest tops) from our client(FILA), where all models will pose with various items and exhibit a commercial character to attract consumer’s attention. It’s very simple and works the same as any typical promotional or commercial advert shoot. The end product from the commercial shoot is an online media ad, electronic billboards and network media that would convince the public to make these collections a top choice among others. Location/Venue of event: We’re making arrangements for a suitable studio within your city for the event, you will receive the location details and driving direction as soon as the venue is confirmed. Compensation: Paid ($2000.00/hr, while $500 Upfront Payment ), Duration of four (4) hours shoot/gig and $2000 for the (costume) complete usage right for 3 months. FILA are entitled to use the produced shoot for advert work for the period of 3 months only and this will be backed up by a contract. Bonus: free lunch, models will receive copies of photo shoots via Dropbox or on a 2gb memory stick and all clothes, shoes and other accessories you will be wearing for the shoot will be yours after the shoot. Time of Event: 10:00 A.M – 3:00 P.M Nudity: No level of experience is required (Free Model Coach available upon request). NOTE: The total pay for this job is $1000/hr , while $500 Upfront Payment for four (4) hours + $2000 for the complete usage right). An advanced deposit/booking fee of $500 will be mailed upfront to you BEFORE the shoot to ensure your engagement on the upcoming project with us in line with our business ethics. Meanwhile, the balance will be paid at the venue as soon as the shoot is completed. Moreover, YOU WILL NOT ONLY RECEIVE A CERTIFIED PAYCHECK OF $500 but also with an ADDITIONAL amount $2000 that you will use to pay for your wardrobes bills which you will forward to the designer in charge of your Wardrobe after processing the check. The payment for your wardrobe and clothing measurements has to be forwarded to the designer by you, reason being that, the payment for your wardrobe has to be made or billed to your Name/info as requested and acceptable business terms by the designer, to ensure a tallied customization and label to be printed on your costumes. Please be informed that you are NOT responsible for the funds that you will use to pay for your wardrobe, the funds will be mailed in one payment to you alongside with that of your upfront/booking payment I.e. (your advanced payment $500 plus extra amount for wardrobe cost and shipping fee all on one check) I hope this is clear? Models/actors may attend the shoot with their choice of escort (maximum of two) and should not arrive location later than 9:30 a.m to commence make-ups and attend a brief introductory class about the proposed project and shoot starts by 10:15 a.m. This shoot is going to be fun as different acting characters may be involved, which is the real sense of this project.
